"I spoke with Crystal after having a "not-so-good" encounter with an agent from a different company. I told her I was not happy about the customer service of the other representative and although this is just an auto quote, I value hard work and work ethic. As time continues to pass, I find people and things so easily "accessible" and "available" and "convenient". Although this is nice at times, I have seen the negative impact and inability to have a kind/decent/friendly/caring/hospitable/helpful (etc.) exchange between two people. Crystal spent over an hour on the phone with me making sure all of my needs were met while still taking interest in getting to know me on a personal level. I wish we had more representatives like this! I appreciate her time and willingness to not only give me a good quote, but to also get to know me as a customer instead of a number!"
